Due to recent events, the 2020 holiday season will become competitive. The markets will drive more revenue than it did last year. From 2018 to 2019, we saw a 13% increase in eCommerce sales, during the Christmas season. We saw Black Friday and Cyber Monday increase by 20%. Due to recent events, we know that more hoppers who don't typically shop online, are now going to rely on eCommerce during the holiday season. Rushing to stores on Black Friday will now remain focused on online transactions.
